You read these programs from top to bottom. The workout will always start with a warmup and have 1-2 other sections. Make sure to read how many rounds and sets each section contains. Videos on movements and session notes are provided for each workout.
Common abbreviations to look out for:
- AMRAP: As Many Reps/Rounds as Possible
- DB: Dumbbell
- ERG: Ergometer
- ESD: Energy Systems Development
- GPP: General Physical Preparedness
- IWT: Interval Weight Training
- STR: Strength
- KB: Kettlebell
- MHR: Maximum Heart Rate
- PB: Personal Best
