PRF is the ideal training week for anyone looking to maximise their fitness in optimal time. PRF extends beyond a foundational level of strength & fitness.
PRF is designed for those who train 5-6 times a week.
What Equipment is Needed?
Squat Rack, Pull Up Bar, Barbell, Bench, Plates, Sandbag, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bands, Plyo Box, Concept 2 Erg (Row, Ski or Bike) or Air Bike.
If you don't have access to all the above, you can still complete the PRF line as long as you are confident and understand movement substitutions, should you require them.
