Following the Hybrid (GPP) Program Line
GPP workouts are designed for those who want to get in, work hard, and generally improve across all areas. GPP workouts consist of higher rep ranges paired with running or erg intervals.
GPP is designed for those who want to train 4-5 times a week.
What Equipment is Needed?
Pair of Dumbbells or Kettlebells, Sandbag, Plyo Box, Bands, Concept 2 Erg (Row, Ski, or Bike).
If you don't have access to a Concept 2 Erg, you can substitute this for a run instead. Be sure to check out the Coach's Notes in your session which will indicate how far you should run as a substitute.
