Following the Capacity (CAP) Program Line
CAP is a structured conditioning program perfect for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and has limited time to train.
CAP is designed for those who train 3 times a week or wish to add additional conditioning to their current training schedule.
What Equipment is Needed?
The Capacity program can be completed with any of the following equipment; Concept 2 Erg (Row, Ski or Bike) or Air Bike, or you can simply opt to run outside instead.
