Following the Strength (STR) Program Line
STR is designed for anyone whose single priority is to improve their strength, and associated qualities. Or for those who participate in running, cycling, or field sports outside of the gym and want to solely focus on strength training in the gym.
STR is suitable for those wishing to train 4-5 times a week.
What Equipment is Needed?
Squat Rack, Pull Up Bar, Barbell, Bench, Plates, Sandbag, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bands, Plyo Box.
If you don't have access to all the above, you can still complete the STR line as long as you are confident and understand movement substitutions, should you require them.
