Performance (PRF)
PRF is the ideal 6-day training week for anyone looking to maximise their fitness in optimal time. PRF extends beyond a foundational level of strength & fitness and will develop your strength, power, and endurance.
Hybrid (GPP)
GPP consists of 4 unique workouts designed for those who want to get in, work hard and get on with the day. GPP workouts consist of higher rep ranges paired with running or erg intervals to develop the most fundamental element of fitness - General Physical Preparedness.
Capacity (CAP)
CAP is a 3-sessions per week specialised conditioning program adaptable to ergs, fan bikes, and running. CAP offers a measured and sustainable solution to improving cardiovascular fitness and power. The program integrates seamlessly with other 98 Training lines, though elements of CAP already feature in the PRF program on Monday & Wednesday.
Strength (STR)
STR is a 4-day program that utilises heavy compound lifts at low reps to develop maximal strength. This is supported by moderate load and reps in accessory movements to develop muscle size. STR is ideal for anyone who wants to improve maximal strength, hypertrophy, and power. This program also works well for those who participate in running, cycling or field sports outside of the gym and want to soley focus on strength training in the gym.
Groundwork (GWK)
GWK is a 6-day program that utilises bodyweight movements in a dynamic session structure to create high intensity workouts without the need for additional equipment making it ideal for those who are specifically in need of a bodyweight program. Whether you’re on the road, out and about or just don't have any equipment, GWK provides daily workouts to keep you on track.
