The program sessions, or workouts, are read from top to bottom. The workout will always start with a warm up, and flow on from there.

Each movement comes with an accompanying demo video if you click on each exercise that has a "play" icon on the right of it.
Common abbreviations you might see in your workouts include;
AMRAP: As Many Reps/Rounds as Possible
EMOM: Every Minute On the Minute
DB: Dumbbell
KB: Kettlebell
ERG: Ergometer (Rower/Ski/Bike)
ESD: Energy Systems Development
GPP: General Physical Preparedness
PWR: Power
STR: Strength
HYB: Hybrid
E/S: Each Side
PB: Personal Best
RPE: Rate of Perceived Exertion
